Good morning, Officer.
I have SEVERAL new pieces of information regarding the issue we discussed days ago, at the Bernese Police Department headquarters. Helped by Swisscom and several independent IT experts I was able to gather evidence of ongoing attacks both targeting my internet connection at home – i.e., in Switzerland – and our website, hosted in a server in Denmark.
I’d also like to discuss what the logs from Swisscom, that your Cybercrime division was to request as per our discussion that day, are able to further clarify. Of course, at this point in time, there are new signs of attacks so I hereby formally ask that a new request for non-disclosed information and logs be submitted by the Police to Swisscom, converting the last 10 days. As we discussed that day, it has to be the Police to do this – not myself – as per Swiss Federal criminal proceeding law.
Finally, my own mobile phone – i.e., here in Switzerland! – was hacked using so-called “spoofing” techniques – last Tuesday.
Therefore, I kindly ask that you indicate a phone number I can call you at so that we can discuss these issues today and see how we proceed from here.
Looking forward to hearing once again from you. And thank you, in advance, for all the help so far. Let’s get these miserable hackers this time around, shall we?
Best,
Romulo S. Brillo

“FYI
I filed the following complaint with Telestream/ wirecast 14h ago, through the technical support questionnaire on your website. I still have not received any answer – desp
ite having subscribed (and paid for) immediate technical support.
Note: I copy herein an Officer with the Swiss Police Department and also seasoned international correspondent Pepe Escobar, who will be joining me when we go live tomorrow to a world audience. I hope, by then, Telestream will have not only provided me with a very thorough account on WHAT (the F*ck) happened last Tuesday but also ensured that the same thing WILL NOT happen tomorrow. As always, EVERYTHING will be on social media.
“ Wirecast has a BACKDOOR enabling remote attacks shutting down the broadcast!
And as of yestarday – the latest FIASCO – we have such BACKDOOR being explored captured both in video and several screenshot and crash notifications. And it’s already on social media.
Video No. 1 – Our broadcast being suddenly SHUT DOWN. Refer to the final seconds.
Video No. 2 – mobile phone recording 30 MINUTES of Wirecast trying to reconnect – to no avail.
Both available HERE: https://duploexpresso.com/?p=115192
As you can see in said video, internet connection was fine: youtube, zoom, whatsapp and telegram all running perfectly in the background.
We are activists that stand up to powerful people.
They try to hack us all the time.
And shut down our streams.
Now, they are exploring a BACKDOOR in Wirecast!
This is NOT the fist time this happens.
But it is indeed the first time that Wirecast was not EVEN able to start a NEW stream in the SEVERAL hours that followed.
I was so mad that I uninstalled Wirecast after that fiasco and was going to ask for a FULL refund.
But now I want to first hear what you have to say about this SCANDAL.“
