O operariado catal\u00e3o &#8211; regi\u00e3o mais industrializada do pa\u00eds, sempre foi crucial para o avan\u00e7o da luta da classe trabalhadora &#8211; como um todo &#8211; na Espanha. Desde a redemocratiza\u00e7\u00e3o, o Partido Socialista Catal\u00e3o, &#8220;irm\u00e3o&#8221; regional do Partido Socialista Obrero Espanhol (PSOE), sempre foi forte na na Catalunha. Por exemplo, depois das queda do Franquismo, governou Barcelona (a capital) ininterruptamente por mais de 30 anos!<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\n(1979-2011)<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name='more'><\/a>Bem\u2026 at\u00e9 recentemente, quer dizer. Os ventos da crise e a trag\u00e9dia da austeridade made in Bruxelas fizeram o nacionalismo catal\u00e3o ganhar impulso e reconquistar o governo local anos atr\u00e1s, bem como a prefeitura de Barcelona.<br \/>\n<b style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><br \/><\/b><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\n(Obs: na elei\u00e7\u00e3o seguinte, com fragmenta\u00e7\u00e3o ainda maior da representa\u00e7\u00e3o pol\u00edtica, ganhou a candidata do Podemos)<\/div>\n<p><b style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><br \/><\/b><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\nPior: o maior argumento no sentido da secess\u00e3o \u00e9 o fiscal-econ\u00f4mico-financeiro, com a Catalunha sendo a regi\u00e3o que mais entrega, liquidamente, receitas fiscais para o governo central redistribuir para regi\u00f5es menos desenvolvidas (especialmente do sul do pa\u00eds).<\/div>\n<p><b style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><br \/><\/b><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\nMorei na Catalunha. Amo a regi\u00e3o, amo o Bar\u00e7a (rs). Conhe\u00e7o algumas lideran\u00e7as do movimento independentista.<\/div>\n<p><b style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><br \/><\/b><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\nTirando, evidentemente, o hist\u00f3rico terr\u00edvel de opress\u00e3o pol\u00edtica e cultural sob o Franquismo (obrigando, p.e., at\u00e9 mesmo as pessoas a mudarem seus nomes e proibindo o uso da l\u00edngua catal\u00e3) o que sobra hoje &nbsp;\u00e9 basicamente a falta de solidariedade econ\u00f4mica entre regi\u00f5es com n\u00edveis muito distantes de riqueza e desenvolvimento.<\/div>\n<p><b style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><br \/><\/b><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\nSoa muito com o que coxinhas paulistas falariam do Nordeste, p.e.<\/div>\n<p><b style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><br \/><\/b><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\nInclusive com a mesma alega\u00e7\u00e3o folcl\u00f3rica de &#8220;falta de vontade de trabalhar duro&#8221; dos andaluzes, p.e. (!)<\/div>\n<p><b style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><br \/><\/b><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\nUm perfeito da Catalunha, para justificar o referendo do pr\u00f3ximo domingo, chegou a dizer que estar a Catalunha na Espanha seria o equivalente a ter a Dinamarca no Magreb (!)<\/div>\n<p><b style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><br \/><\/b><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\nCitando Fra\u00e7ois Miterrand, &#8220;o nacionalismo \u00e9 a guerra&#8221;.<\/div>\n<p><b style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><br \/><\/b><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\nE isso inclui, por que n\u00e3o?, nacionalismos regionais, &#8220;subnacionais&#8221;.<\/div>\n<p><b style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><br \/><\/b><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\nViva a solidariedade e irmandade entre os povos!<\/div>\n<p><b style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><br \/><\/b><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\n(principalmente entre os povos dentro de um mesmo pa\u00eds!)<\/div>\n<p><b style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><br \/><\/b><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\nQuem quiser ouvir ao vivo, o programa vai ao ar sexta-feira, entre 6 e 7am, hor\u00e1rio de Bras\u00edlia.<\/p>\n<p>*<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\nP.S. &#8211; Hist\u00f3rico<\/div>\n<p><b id=\"docs-internal-guid-f1de2ba7-cd50-4b43-a164-86f7abc38470\" style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><br \/><\/b><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\nComo parte de promessa de campanha, o ex 1o Ministro Jorge Luiz Rodriguez Zapatero &#8211; grande admirador de Lula &#8211; negociou junto aos catal\u00e3es o chamado \u201cEstatuto da Catalunha\u201d, que aumentava o grau de autonomia pol\u00edtica, fiscal e cultural da regi\u00e3o, caminhando no sentido de um federalismo plurinacional.<\/div>\n<p><b style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><br \/><\/b><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\nSeguindo o exemplo do que se faz no Brasil, a direita (o PP), ent\u00e3o na oposi\u00e7\u00e3o, tentou torpedear esse entendimento PO-L\u00cd-TI-CO com uma carteirada de juiz:<\/div>\n<p><b style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><br \/><\/b><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\n&#8211; aproveitando-se do fato de que a maioria dos Ministros da Corte Constitucional tinha sido nomeada no governo anterior, de direita, entrou com uma a\u00e7\u00e3o alegando a inconstitucionalidade do \u201c<i>Estatut de Catalunya<\/i>\u201d.<\/div>\n<p><b style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><br \/><\/b><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\nComo esperado, os Ministros da Corte RETALHARAM o documento e tiraram dele tudo que era mais relevante.<\/div>\n<p><b style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><br \/><\/b><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\nAo mesmo tempo, a austeridade patrocinada por Angela Merkel em toda a Eurozona implodiu os socialistas na elei\u00e7\u00e3o seguinte. E, diante da humilha\u00e7\u00e3o em Madri, os nacionalistas catal\u00e3es voltaram ao poder no governo regional, com a plataforma eleitoral de chamar um referendo de independ\u00eancia.<\/div>\n<p><b style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><br \/><\/b><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\nA esquerda &#8211; tanto o PSOE\/ PSC quanto a \u201cnova esquerda\u201d Podemos &#8211; s\u00e3o contr\u00e1rios \u00e0 secess\u00e3o. PSOE\/ PSC preferem trabalhar num pacto politico, que resulte na reforma da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o na dire\u00e7\u00e3o federalista.<\/div>\n<p><b style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><br \/><\/b><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\nMas para o PP, herdeiro do Franquismo e das Falanges espanholas, esse tema \u00e9 quest\u00e3o de honra junto \u00e0s bases. <\/div>\n<p><b style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><br \/><\/b><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\n*<\/div>\n<p><b style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><br \/><\/b><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\n<i>MALAISE<\/i> SOCIAL<\/div>\n<p><b style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><br \/><\/b><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\nNote que o movimento \u00e9 muito forte entre os jovens.<\/p>\n<p><i>Background:<\/i><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\nDesemprego Espanha: 17.6%<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\nEntre jovens: 39% !!!<\/div>\n<p><b style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><br \/><\/b><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\nO fen\u00f4meno \u201c<i>ni-ni<\/i>\u201d: nem trabalham, nem estudam.<\/div>\n<p><b style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><br \/><\/b><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\nCombina\u00e7\u00e3o da globaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, com impactos desiguais (TLCs), &nbsp;desindustrializa\u00e7\u00e3o, o poder do lobby da finan\u00e7a, austeridade, precariza\u00e7\u00e3o das rela\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho (\u201c<i>contratos vasura<\/i>\u201d &#8211; &#8220;contratos LIXO&#8221;).<\/div>\n<p><b style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><br \/><\/b><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\nA resposta a isso s\u00f3 pode ser em n\u00edvel continental e GLOBAL. \u00c9 um problema estrutural da atual fase do capitalismo. Se n\u00e3o pode ser enfrentado eficazmente em n\u00edvel nacional, que dir\u00e1 com a secess\u00e3o regional!<\/p>\n<p>*<\/p><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;\">\n\u00c9 interessante notar que uma parte da Catalunha est\u00e1 na Fran\u00e7a, constituindo o departamento fronteiri\u00e7o dos \u201cPirineus Orientais\u201d.
