\nTenho (Romulus Maya) V\u00c1RIAS informa\u00e7\u00f5es novas sobre o assunto que discutimos (10) dias atr\u00e1s, na sede do Departamento de Pol\u00edcia de Berna.

\n“Com a ajuda da (operadora de telefonia, internet e cyber seguran\u00e7a do Estado su\u00ed\u00e7o) Swisscom e de v\u00e1rios especialistas independentes de TI, consegui reunir provas (t\u00e9cnicas) de ataques em andamento, tanto direcionados \u00e0 minha conex\u00e3o de Internet em casa – ou seja, na Su\u00ed\u00e7a – quanto ao nosso site (duploexpresso.com<\/a>), hospedado em um servidor na Dinamarca.
\nEu tamb\u00e9m gostaria de discutir o que os registros (logs) da Swisscom, que a sua divis\u00e3o de crimes cibern\u00e9ticos requereu, conforme discutido (no meu mais recente depoimento \u00e0 Pol\u00edcia) naquele dia, podem ajudar a esclarecer melhor. \u00c9 claro que, neste momento, j\u00e1 h\u00e1 NOVOS registros t\u00e9cnicos (logs) de ataques. Portanto, pe\u00e7o formalmente que um novo pedido de informa\u00e7\u00f5es e registros (logs) reservados seja submetido pela Pol\u00edcia \u00e0 Swisscom, cobrindo os \u00faltimos 10 dias. Conforme discutimos naquele dia (14\/set\/2020), deve ser a Pol\u00edcia a fazer isso – e n\u00e3o eu – de acordo com a Lei processual penal federal da Su\u00ed\u00e7a.
\nFinalmente, meu pr\u00f3prio celular – ou seja, aqui na Su\u00ed\u00e7a! – foi hackeado usando as chamadas t\u00e9cnicas de \u201cspoofing\u201d\/ spywares- na \u00faltima ter\u00e7a-feira (22\/set\/2020, as 9:01am, hor\u00e1rio local).
\nPortanto, pe\u00e7o que o Sr. indique um n\u00famero de telefone (seguro) para o qual eu possa ligar para que possamos discutir esses (e outros) assuntos ainda hoje. E ver como procedemos a partir daqui.

\nI have SEVERAL new pieces of information regarding the issue we discussed days ago, at the Bernese Police Department headquarters. Helped by Swisscom and several independent IT experts I was able to gather evidence of ongoing attacks both targeting my internet connection at home – i.e., in Switzerland – and our website, hosted in a server in Denmark.
\nI\u2019d also like to discuss what the logs from Swisscom, that your Cybercrime division was to request as per our discussion that day, are able to further clarify. Of course, at this point in time, there are new signs of attacks so I hereby formally ask that a new request for non-disclosed information and logs be submitted by the Police to Swisscom, converting the last 10 days. As we discussed that day, it has to be the Police to do this – not myself – as per Swiss Federal criminal proceeding law.
\nFinally, my own mobile phone – i.e., here in Switzerland! – was hacked using so-called \u201cspoofing\u201d techniques – last Tuesday.
\nTherefore, I kindly ask that you indicate a phone number I can call you at so that we can discuss these issues today and see how we proceed from here.

\nThis is NOT the fist time this happens.
\nBut it is indeed the first time that Wirecast was not EVEN able to start a NEW stream in the SEVERAL hours that followed.
\nI was so mad that I uninstalled Wirecast after that fiasco and was going to ask for a FULL refund.
